The project

A civic room carved from a single mineral volume, Horizon gathers performance, exhibition, and everyday public life beneath one generous roof.

The building extends the harbour promenade into a sheltered internal street. From here, visitors glimpse rehearsals, workshops, and the city beyond—making cultural production visible instead of placing it behind closed doors.
